Ibis Pattaya ★★★

Location and the staff.

Breakfast is very poor. Don’t waste money on it.

Very pleasant staff at IBIS. Happy with hotel room.

We didn’t enjoy the noise from next door room due late check in and disturbing our sleep.

We book 2 rooms 3 days before. We requested side by side or nearby, unfortunately we didn’t meet our requirement.

Location is central, near the beach, shopping mall, walking street and food street. Room is ok but bedsheet is old. Breakfast is poor, not many choice. Staff are nice

Good location as many places to visit for shopping and food. Water pressure and heat was good.

The switches in the room is not working well.

Bathroom is kind of small

Room with space, window and comfort bed; location near some club, night food kiosk; parking lot right in front of the hotel; 2 convenient stores at front gate; easy to catch a taxi;

there is no white light or desk light for working at night; bathroom is quite small;

Checkin time is 02:00pm and we attached the hotel by 8:30am. The people at the reception were very nice and kind and allowed me the room by 10:30am. This was a bonus for us as we had an overnight flight and had not slept the whole night.

Room is clean

The design of the hotel make me feel like visiting the hospitals Toilet paper Is not quality, useless The receptionist are not showing professional services by dealing with other clients ( I have seen and understand that they are Indian clients but they are also a valued clients

The cleaning of the room we check in was not that good. I saw a lot of dust at the surface of small refrigerator and under the TV. Towels was not new but also broken, with a holes! Never happened before & hope it was a last time i saw something like that in the room. Was busy, so had no time to report to reception. But cleaning obviously needs inmproving. Always stay this hotel because of cleaness and this is pet friendly hotel i can stay with my dog.

I love staying at IBIS properties of Accor Hotels. Value for money hotels, delicious cuisines, neat and clean rooms with all the amenities required to enjoy the holidays.

Breakfast was not to our expectations even though it’s manageable for that Budgeted amount hotel -

Language is a barrier as English is not understood anywhere

This is the first experience with iBis Pattaya in period 2nd-3rd December 2018. It is the great location, nearby the shopping mall, restaurant, local food on the road, tourist attraction and also the beach. It is comfortable to be on the way from hotel to each place easily. The room is great with the cool air condition, both blanket and pillow are really soft similar to sleep and no need to wake up early. Staffs are very nice and friendly character by greeting a customer with the sweet smiley. Specially, I would like to give a compliment to Ms.Nina who is the front desk attendant on afternoon shift, also her colleague who assisted her to handle the computer issue for printing the register document (I could not remember the name but they were standing together with the same time). She greeted me when I walked pass to the reception with warmly smile, also Mr.Army who is food and beverage attendant on morning shift. He is nice as a result of being always gave a nice smile to me every time without suspection when i looked at him. Finally, here is the first alone trip from Bangkok Metropolis which feel be impress with this hotel and I think that I would come back to visit iBis pattaya again on next time.

For my kids the bunk bed was wonderful, and PS4 gaming consul was joyful for my kids.

B. Fast was not enough, there were lots of people and refilling was not speedy.

Very tasty buffet breakfast. There are 2 large new large shopping malls nearby and lots of places to eat.

The pool was refreshing and good to swim in, but it closed too early (7:00 pm) due to no lifeguard on duty; this was too early for us.

Reception is very big Good breakfast and Location is great

Very old property. Room is too small. Crammed one. No space. Toilet is very very small with old tiles. Very difficult to shower. Shower room is too small. No toothpaste n brush provided.
